After our interview, I will be in a position to make good on my pledge. This will make your buying experience a positive and successful experience. Throughout the process I guide you through every step of purchasing a new home.
I will discuss and clarify:
- "Agency" relationships in the state of Wisconsin.
- How the commissions are paid and distributed.
- The process of purchasing your home and its timetable.
- The best way to continue our ongoing dialogue in a way that fits your lifestyle, i.e. via email, telephone, etc.
I will:
- Provide you with resources about schools, communities, recreational services.
- Assistance through the process of finding the right mortgage. With the help of a lending specialist, you will be given an overview of the loans packages available and a sound recommendation on which mortgage is best for you and your goals. I will facilitate a mortgage pre-approval process with our lending specialist, in order for you to be pre-approved for your mortgage prior to showing you homes. This will strengthen your negotiating position when you make an offer on a property.

- A careful examination of documents, including disclosures, disclaimers, inspection reports and contracts. In some instances, I will refer you to a real estate attorney for additional clarification.
