  • Allied - Allied is between Verona and Madison, near the beautiful Dunns Marsh.
  • Appalachian Ridge - Appalachian Ridge condos and homes are very affordable, with a wide selection of listings under $200,000.
  • Arbor Hills - Arbor Hills is in the beautiful area near Nine Springs Golf Course, just south of Madison.
  • Bay Creek - Bay Creek is a pretty, mostly suburban neighborhood on the near south side of Madison, just across Monona Bay.
  • Bayview Foundation - Bayview Foundation Inc. is nestled amidst downtown Madison's government, health care and educational complexes.
  • Berkley Oaks - Between Tennyson Lake and Northport Drive.

Mansion Hill: Lake Mendota on the north, North Butler Street on the east, Gorham and East Johnson on the south, Henry Street on the west. Simeon Mills: East Main Street on the north, South Webster Street on the east, and King Street on the west. First Settlement: East Washington Avenue on the north, Blair Street on the east, East Wilson Street on the south, and Butler Street on the west. Wilson Street: 400 and 500 block (south side) of East Wilson Street and MG & E Building on Blair Street.
  • Clarendon Hills - Fifty-nine single family lots on the far east side of Madison. Back lot lines of Derek Road on the north, Holiday Bluff Park on the east, back lot lines of Green Ridge Court on the south, and Portage Road on the west.
  • Glen Oak Hills - Old Middleton Road on the north, North Whitney Way on the east, Regent Street on the south, Rosa Road on the west. Glen Oak Hills covers about 140 acres of gently rising terrain dominated by single family homes, with about 500 total housing units.
  • Mendota Beach - Homes here line the western edge of Lake Mendota, the largest of the area's four main lakes.
  • Midvale Heights - Midvale Heights is located in the southern edge of Madison's West region, where parks and open space are abundant.
  • Spring Harbor - One of Madison's oldest neighborhoods, settlement in Spring Harbor dates back to the 1830s.
  • Stonefield Woods-Ridge - The neighborhood covers just a little more than 45 acres, and offers an ideal setting for families.
  • Skyview Terrace - Skyview Terrace may be small, at just 28 acres, but the properties here are spacious, many garnering more than half an acre.
  • University Hill Farms - This upscale area is home to many of Madison's standout homes.
